What kids do on it
Swing seated like a classic trapeze swing, hang and hold on, and work up to pull-ups. Adjust the height as they grow. It's built for ages 3 and up and rated to 198 lbs.

How to hang an indoor trapeze
The trapeze hangs from two ceiling hooks spaced 19–20" apart. Hooks aren't included. Use two swing-rated ceiling hooks or swing hangers, each with a working load rating well above 198 lbs. Anchor each one into a ceiling joist or beam, never into drywall alone. Plan for about 6 feet of open space on every side so swinging stays safe. If you're unsure what's above your ceiling, have a contractor check before installing.

Play smart
Always place a soft landing surface underneath, like our CalmCrasher Landing Pad. Have ceilings taller than 9'2"? Hang the trapeze over a foam pit filled with our foam cubes. The pit raises the play surface about two feet, which brings ceilings up to roughly 11' within range and adds a soft landing zone too. Keep an adult within reach during play.
